In 1980, long before it was fashionable to speak about intuition—especially with business leaders—we developed an Intuition-based System of Management that has been put into practice by more than 10,000 business and professional people throughout the US, Europe and South America.
Kurt is the conceptual one who, for the past 38 years, has lived and worked with the driving question, “What are we like when we’re at a very best, and what would it take to be that way more of the time?”

Patricia is the practical one with an uncanny sense for when and how to ask just the right questions, and in just the right way, to allow people to access the wisdom of their heart.

Kurt is also the author of Breaking the Rules, a book loaded with insights about how to engage your intuition by asking right questions. Published in 1998, Breaking the Rules has sold more than 9,000 copies and is required reading for two professional coaching schools.

For more than 25 years they have known that the way for any of us to be at our best is to have a good working partnership between our head and our heart—between our intellect and our intuition.
